Ooma creates magic mushroom microdose blends to support mind, mood and wellbeing. We set out to help them present magic mushrooms differently—not as candied indulgences or productivity hacks, but as a life-changing wellness practice. From naming, strategy and identity to website design and merch, we expressed this perspective with a creative aesthetic and a feelings-forward messaging.
The Ooma name elevates the “oom” in “shroom”, recalling words like “ooh” and “oomph” to represent a joyful mood shift. The logomark is bold and memorable, capturing a sense of creativity. Playful curves recall a mushroom’s shape to symbolize natural ingredients, growth and metamorphosis. The palette’s warm hues balance the bright and invigorating with the calm and relaxed. The tagline “The Mind Inspired” translates cognitive benefits into emotional ones in a non-trippy way that feels enlivening. The submark blends the mushroom form with an artist’s palette and landscape, symbolizing creativity, inspiration and the natural world.

The elevated packaging suite evokes transformation, reflects beautiful natural ingredients like sargol saffron and guides audiences in their microdose practice. For the campaign, we flipped the idea of looking forward to the product launch to looking forward to your own personal growth with the line Look Forward to Yourself.
